The CARF Accreditation standards are an internationally recognized set of standards that focuses on person-centered practice. The PHAB accreditation standards that support the operations of public health departments and supports operations to provide the 10 Essential Public Health Services. By becoming accredited, a service provider can demonstrate that they meet or exceed these international standards. This allows organizations to stand out on the market and community to attract quality stakeholders and funders. 

There are many steps to the accreditation process. Structures for Success will guide you through those steps. This includes everything from reviewing required documentation, providing or obtaining training on the accreditation standards for your organization, mock accreditation reviews, all the way through the application process and submitting final accreditation documentation.

Not only will Structures for Success assist and guide your organization all the way through the accreditation survey, but we will also offer services to address any findings from the accreditation. The team at Structures for Success has over 15 years of experience with accreditation and does not promise a ‘perfect’ outcome. There are over 1,000 accreditation standards and, though accreditation surveyors are trained well, there can be some minor variations in how the accreditation survey is scored. Knowing this, it allows for a focus of quality improvement, constant learning and growth rather than seeking perfection.
