Strategic planning is the process of using data to define and articulate the future goals of a company. It is a process which requires a clear and open discussion of the risks and opportunities that an organization may face to achieve its goals. 

Structures for Success facilitates this process to help organizations identify data sources, feedback from stakeholders, and guiding your organization through the discussions of identifying strategic priorities, goals, and objectives. 

Strategic plans are living and dynamic documents that can change as the circumstances and needs of the organization change. Structures for Success can provide training to staff to bring this assessment and editing of the plan internally to your organization, as well as offer services to take on some of that assessment and reporting process as consultants. 

Operational, Program, and Outcome Evaluation

Defining and measuring your operations, services, and outcomes provides key data for planning, budgeting, and training. These can sometimes be referred to as ‘Key Performance Indicators’ or “KPIs.’ Structures for Success will work collaboratively with your team to identify data being used, additional data points that could be beneficial, and how to make those data decisions while still focusing on the people within your organization and the people that you serve.
