Structures for Success was founded because of our desire to create lasting impact. Our founder has worked for a variety of organizations from tiny to large and continuously found that though organizations could benefit from quality improvement, accreditation, staff development, or any of the other services we offer, they were not identified as priorities. Our founder watched organizations suffer by not investing in improving but also by wasting money on ‘quality improvement’ staff that are not being utilized. 

Structures for Success is here to lend that customized and specific support to your organization to fill gaps in staff capacity while making these changes. Each organization started with an intent to serve the community, not necessarily do a lot of paperwork, data, and ongoing analysis that goes along with helping others. We at Structures for Success enjoy the data, analysis, and collaboration leading to quality improvement and we identify that is how we can best improve our communities.
